OVERVIEW
The Quick Path, or Nyurlam in Tibetan, is one of the eight great lamrim texts and was written by the 2nd Panchen Lama Lobsang Yeshe. It is a commentary on the fundamental work of his predecessor, The Easy Path, or Delam. For six consecutive years, at the request of Kadam Tcheuling Bordeaux, Rinpoche gave the transmission and instructions of this essential treatise, which constitutes a deeply inspiring meditation guide to the path leading to enlightenment.
This is the fourth cycle of these teachings.
WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THESE TEACHINGS?
Rinpoche shares exceptionally precise instructions for cultivating the spirit of enlightenment (bodhicitta) according to the seven-point instruction, causes and effect:

- Reflect on the benefits of the spirit of enlightenment. They are limitless, but ten are discussed here.
- Meditate on equanimity, which is the essential foundation for developing love and compassion that extend to all beings without exception.
- Cultivate the spirit of enlightenment through the seven-point instruction, causes and effect. This instruction invites us to first realize that each and every being has been our mother in our countless past lives. From there we become more aware of the unbelievable kindness of all beings, we cultivate gratitude towards them, and develop a deep affection for all of them. Then we generate intense compassion for all beings, which leads to a sense of universal responsibility by which we wish to free them all from suffering and to lead them all to happiness. Realizing that such a task is presently out of our reach triggers bodhicitta, the spirit of enlightenment, the aspiration to achieve complete enlightenment for the sake of all beings..

WHAT WILL YOU LEARN?
This teaching will deepen our practice of bodhicitta, the mind of enlightenment, thanks to the astounding seven-point instruction, causes and effect. Realizing it constitutes an indispensable step on the path to enlightenment, and marks the entry into the spiritual path of the great vehicle itself. Moving well beyond all our fears, worries, and apparent limitations, we will become a source of happiness for all beings.
