OVERVIEW

Rinpoche relies on The Easy Path to deliver an extraordinary introduction to the meditation of the path to enlightenment. Composed by the First Panchen Lama Lobsang Chökyi Gyältsen, The Easy Path, or Delam in Tibetan, constitutes one of the eight great lamrim, that is to say the eight major treatises composed in Tibet to describe the stages of the spiritual path to complete enlightenment.
