Here you will find books or conferences that explore various aspects of Indo-Tibetan Buddhist history and culture, and attempt to share the breath of this vibrant multi-millennial tradition.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THESE TEACHINGS?

These lectures and books cover topics as varied as Buddhist history, biographies of the teachers of the lineage of the gradual path to enlightenment, or the history and traditions of Dagpo Dratsang monastery - all of them in a more spiritual than academic way. The goal being, again and again, that these elements may help to take a better control of the mind.
